Earl’s Bucks County will open for business on Tuesday, February 2, serving a new all-day menu featuring New American cuisine. Earl’s new menu highlights our region’s rich agricultural diversity, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, naturally grown and raised on local, sustainable farms and fisheries. The menu will change daily and with the rhythm of the seasons, offering a creative variety of great tasting and authentic food that is reasonably priced.
General Manager David Zuckerman looks forward to introducing the new menu’s changing assortment of tapas, small and full plate entrees, salads, sandwiches, homemade desserts, and a special, new “Etch A Sketch” menu for the kids. His culinary team is headed by Executive Chef Chris Tavares, formerly of the Mansion Inn in New Hope.
To complement the new menu, Zuckerman also developed a new wine list, committed to offering a selection of organic, sustainable and biodynamic wines. To offer more options for guests, Earl’s will expand local wine selections by the glass and introduce a rotating local wine glass pour. “Mighty Fine Wine Night” will also continue on Tuesday nights where guests may bring wines from home with no corkage fee associated, or may receive a 25% discount off any wine on the wine list.
The restaurant’s dining rooms have been redesigned with natural elements in warm earth tones for a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. An expanded lounge/dining area will spotlight live local musicians on Thursday and Friday evenings. The walls will display local artist Al Lachman’s scenes of Bucks County farms and barns.
The restaurant hours will be Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday, 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
