Peddler’s Village hosts Doylestown Hospital Heart Brunch

C&B_ScenicExterior_edited-1Peddler’s Village will host the 10th Annual Heart Brunch for the Friends of the Heart Institute at Doylestown Hospital on Sunday, April 18, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant.

This year’s special guest speaker is Herman Silverman, founder of the original $100 Heart Club, which has evolved into the Friends of the Heart Institute. Best known as an area business leader of Sylvan Pools, Mr Silverman has played a lifelong role in Central Bucks business and philanthropic endeavors.

The Friends of the Heart Institute is a volunteer, membership-driven organization dedicated to the promotion of heart-healthy lifestyles and the financial support of cardiac care at Doylestown Hospital. Since its inception as the Heart Club 28 years ago, the group has raised funds for cardiac equipment and programs totaling more than $600,000.

The cost for the brunch is $30 per person, which includes tax and gratuity ($15 tax deductible.) No reservations without advance payment. Please make reservations by Tuesday, April 13. For reservations and information, please call 215-345-2141.
