Earl’s Bucks County celebrates the month of love with a Tasty Thursdays Champagne Dinner on February 23, 7 p.m.

Treat yourself and your sweetie to a special romantic celebration featuring a selection of G.H. Mumm and Perrier-Jouet champagnes paired with the following five course dinner:

First Course: Deconstructed Napoleon,  tuna / scallops / smoked salmon / grapefruit gastric/avocado mousse / caviar / potato galette, paired with G.H. Mumm Mumm De Cramant

Second Course: Spiced Poached Pear Salad, almond kataifi / minted Flint Hill goat cheese/blood orange vinaigrette / mache, paired with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut

Third Course: Rabbit & Veal en croute,  frisee / whole grain mustard / golden raisins / chanterelles, paired with G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut

 Fourth Course: Wild Boar Chop, leek risotto / honey / ginger / white asparagus/ truffle / black berry veal reduction, paired with Perrier Jouet Blason Rose

Fifth Course: Apple Tarte Tatin, spiced walnuts / whipped St.Andre triple cream brie, paired with Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2004
